Caused By
Initial dual-monitor setup defaults to duplicate or single-display mode instead of extending the desktop.
Resolution / Steps
- Right-click any blank area on your desktop and choose Display settings.
- Click Identify to see which screen is labeled “1” or “2,” then drag the monitor icons to match their physical positions (left/right).
- Scroll down to Multiple displays, select Extend these displays, and click Apply.
- Move your mouse pointer across the screen edge to confirm extension is working.
- If you still can’t move between monitors, go to helpdesk.elisha.ph and submit a ticket for further assistance.
