Overview:
Phone Link lets you connect your Android phone to your Windows PC for calls, messages, and notifications. If Bluetooth on your PC isn’t working, follow these steps to get Phone Link running.

Cannot pair Phone Link due to PC Bluetooth issues
Details
You want to use Phone Link but your computer’s built-in Bluetooth isn’t working, preventing pairing.
Caused By
PC Bluetooth adapter is disabled or malfunctioning, or the Microsoft account used isn’t synced correctly.
Resolution / Steps
- If your PC’s Bluetooth isn’t detected, plug in a USB Bluetooth dongle and let Windows install its drivers.
- Click the Start button, type Phone Link, and open the Phone Link app.
- Sign in with your Microsoft account on the PC version of Phone Link.
- On your phone, install and open the “Link to Windows” app, then sign in with the **same** Microsoft account.
- Back on your PC, select “I have the Link to Windows app ready,” click **Pair with QR code**, and scan the code shown on your screen with your phone’s camera.
- If pairing still fails, go to helpdesk.elisha.ph and submit a ticket for further assistance.
