Details
You want to see preview images and videos instead of plain icons when browsing folders.
Caused By
Windows is set by default to show icons only, not thumbnails.
Resolution / Steps
- Open File Explorer and click the View tab at the top.
- Click Options on the right, then select the View tab in the Folder Options window.
- Under Advanced settings, uncheck Always show icons, never thumbnails, then click Apply and OK.
- If you still don’t see thumbnails, go to helpdesk.elisha.ph and submit a ticket for further assistance.
