Details

Visual effects for smoothing font edges have been turned off, leading to jagged or fuzzy text.

Caused By

Font smoothing and anti-aliasing settings are disabled in system properties or the display resolution isn’t optimal.

Resolution / Steps

1. Enable font smoothing:
   
   1. Open File Explorer, right-click This PC, and select Properties.
   2. Click Advanced system settings on the left.
   3. Under the Advanced tab, click Settings in the Performance section.
   4. Check Smooth edges of screen fonts, click Apply, then OK.
   5. Restart your computer.
2. Adjust display resolution:
   
   1. Right-click a blank spot on your desktop and choose Display settings.
   2. Under Display resolution, pick the highest (recommended) option from the dropdown.
   3. Click Keep changes when prompted.
3. If fonts are still blurry, go to helpdesk.elisha.ph and submit a ticket for further assistance.
