Caused By

• Loose or disconnected SATA cable on your SSD/HDD

Resolution / Steps

1. Press the power button to restart. As the PC powers on, press F11 or F12 (depending on your model) to enter the boot menu.
2. In the boot menu, use the arrow keys to select your primary storage device (e.g., “P4-120” or “Whalekom SSD”) and press Enter.
3. If Windows still doesn’t load, hold down the power button for about 5 seconds to force a shutdown, then power it on again and repeat step 1.
