Troubleshoot Pushbullet SMS Sending in Excel

Details
Excel’s Send SMS feature isn’t working because it can’t authenticate or find your phone.
Caused By
Missing or incorrect Pushbullet Access Token or Device ID in the Excel setup.
Resolution / Steps
- On your PC, open a browser, go to pushbullet.com, and sign in with your account.
- Install the Pushbullet app on your phone and sign in with the **same** account.
- Back on the PC website, click your profile ➔ **Account settings**, scroll to **Access Tokens**, and click **Create Access Token**. Copy the token.
- In Excel, paste the copied token into the **Access Token** field of your Pushbullet setup.
- Return to pushbullet.com, click **Devices**, select your phone, and in the browser’s URL bar copy the **Device ID**.
- In Excel, paste the Device ID into the **Device ID** field, enter the recipient phone number(s) and message text, then click **Send SMS**.
Symptoms
- No confirmation or error when clicking “Send SMS” in Excel
- Messages never arrive on the target phone
