Details
Your PC crashes to a blue error screen and restarts, preventing normal use.
Caused By
- Possible hardware failure
- Improper shutdown or power interruption
- Dust or poor contact on RAM modules
Resolution / Steps
- Press the power button once to restart your PC. If it blue-screens again, go to step 2.
- Hold down the power button for about 5 seconds to force a shutdown, then press it again to turn the PC back on.
