Details

Your PC crashes to a blue error screen and restarts, preventing normal use.

Resolution / Steps

  1. Press the power button once to restart your PC. If it blue-screens again, go to step 2.
  2. Hold down the power button for about 5 seconds to force a shutdown, then press it again to turn the PC back on.
