Caused By

The power cord isn’t securely connected between your system unit and the AVR (voltage regulator).

Resolution / Steps

1. Firmly plug the power cord into the back of your computer, then into the middle socket of the AVR.
2. Press the power button to see if the PC starts.
3. If it still won’t turn on, go to helpdesk.elisha.ph and submit a ticket for IT assistance to check for hardware issues.
