Caused By
The power cord isn’t securely connected between your system unit and the AVR (voltage regulator).
Resolution / Steps
- Firmly plug the power cord into the back of your computer, then into the middle socket of the AVR.
- Press the power button to see if the PC starts.
- If it still won’t turn on, go to helpdesk.elisha.ph and submit a ticket for IT assistance to check for hardware issues.
