Caused By

Your phone isn’t yet provisioned with the corporate Wi-Fi credentials or network settings.

Resolution / Steps

  1. Go to helpdesk.elisha.ph and submit a ticket titled “Wi-Fi Access Request.”
  2. In your ticket, include:
    • Your department.
    • The reason you need Wi-Fi on your company phone.
  3. An IT representative will configure the network settings on your device and notify you when it’s ready.
