For security, the system is asking you to verify your identity. You cannot continue without IT support, as we must track which device is being used.
Caused By
Security policy requires device verification before granting email access.
Resolution / Steps
- Do not attempt additional logins this prompt cannot be bypassed on your own.
- Go to helpdesk.elisha.ph and submit a ticket titled “Email Verification Request.”
- In your ticket, include:
- A screenshot or exact text of the “Verify it’s you” prompt
- Your name, email address, and the device you’re using
- An IT representative will complete the verification for you and notify you when you can sign in.
