If you can’t log into your computer because you forgot your password, follow these steps to verify your details and get help resetting it.

Details

The user has entered their login credentials but cannot sign in.

Caused By

Forgotten or incorrect password.

Resolution / Steps

  1. Double-check that you’re typing your username and password correctly, paying attention to uppercase/lowercase letters. Make sure the layout of your username is DEPARMENT_Firstname. Example: if you are on IT department your username should be like. e.g, IT_Nehemia. First letter is big.

  2. If you still can’t sign in, go to helpdesk.philippians.ph and submit a ticket requesting a password reset. Be sure to include your name, username, and workstation location.
