You require a specific software that isn’t currently installed on your PC to perform your tasks.

Caused By

The requested application is not yet deployed or approved on your workstation.

Resolution / Steps

1. Go to helpdesk.elisha.ph and submit a ticket titled “Software Installation Request.”
2. In your ticket, include:
   • The software name and version you need.
   • The purpose or task you will use it for.
   • Approval confirmation from your immediate supervisor.
3. An IT representative will review your request and install the software once approved.
