Resolution / Steps

1. Go to helpdesk.elisha.ph and submit a ticket titled “Excel License Activation.”
2. In your ticket, include:
   • Your name and department.
   • The version of Excel you’re using (e.g., Office 365, Office 2019).
   • A brief note that your trial has expired and you need full activation.
3. An IT representative will activate your Excel license or provide installation details.
