Details

Keyboard keys and mouse scroll are unresponsive.

Caused By

Device is unplugged or not fully seated in the system unit’s port.

Resolution / Steps

1. Restart the PC.
2. After reboot, test the keyboard and mouse. If they still don’t work, continue to step 3.
3. Submit a ticket at helpdesk.elisha.ph to request a replacement. Be sure to include your workstation location.
