Details

Your system becomes unresponsive or slow during POS operations due to unnecessary animations and stored web data.

Caused By

• Windows animations are enabled
• Accumulated browser cache from POS web pages

Resolution / Steps

1. Click the Start button, type View advanced system settings, and open it.
2. In the System Properties window, under the Advanced tab, click Settings in the Performance section.
3. Select Adjust for best performance to disable all animations.
4. Then re-check only Show thumbnails instead of icons and Smooth edges of screen fonts, and click Apply & OK.
5. Open your browser’s settings, go to Clear browsing data, choose to remove Cached images and files, and clear them.
