Resolution / Steps
- Refresh your browser or try logging out and back in to rule out a temporary glitch.
- If the interface still won’t load, go to helpdesk.elisha.ph and submit a ticket reporting that Vicidial appears down. Include your extension number and the time you attempted to connect.
