Facebook Ads Manager tabs consume a lot of memory, especially when you have more than three open.
Caused By
High memory footprint from Ads Manager processes in Chrome, which slows loading and responsiveness.
Resolution / Steps
- In Chrome’s top-right corner, click the three dots (⋮) and choose More tools → Task manager.
- In the Chrome Task Manager window, click the Memory footprint column header to sort from highest to lowest.
- Find any entries labeled Facebook Ads Manager (or similar), click to highlight them, then click End process. Note: This will close those Ads Manager tabs.
- Reload your Ads Manager page; it should now load faster.
- If the problem persists, go to helpdesk.elisha.ph and submit a ticket for assistance.
